As a general member, you will have a chance to assist in the future of human resources by proposing new metrics, leading and joining committees, providing feedback on proposed metrics, and voting to certify proposed metrics. For $2,500 annually, you will gain access to our member area for two company representatives and all the following benefits:

• Forums hosted by HR leaders
• Work with other members to develop new metrics
• A listing in the membership directory on HumanResourceMetrics.org
• A listing in the Metrics Reference Guide
• 5% discount on HumanResourceMetrics.org products including e-mail distributions
• Exhibit at all HumanResourceMetrics.org events at a reduced rate of $1,000 per event
